"SIGH OF RELIEF"
CAN WE ALL GIVE A GREAT SIGH OF RELIEF!!!! The home study is over and I am please to announce that we are full steam ahead for the arrival of Angelena!
The only things that are pending is the INS Approval. Which I was told that should be here within the next month. I am still on track for my MAY deadline that I have set for myself... I can't wait! The social worker that we can expect to have her anywhere from 4-6 months, so after some think, you could just say that I am 2-3 Months "Pregancy of the Heart" along! Does that mean I get to eat everything I want!!! JUST KIDDING!
I want to thank everyone for their calls, emails, and prayer! THEY worked! I tried to catch up with everyone yesterday, between finally getting some sleep and SHOPPING!
Now, everyone knows my shopping habits, I want you all to know, that I have not bought any clothes for Angelena YET, but some how she already has some clothes. She even has a "Baby's First Christmas" hat, in Pink and White, that Grandma bought last Christmas. She also has 4 or 5 Summer oufits, 2 Pooh PJ's and a pair of Slippers that look like Baby Doll Shoes... Yes.. Thank you Grandma!!! Grandma said "We need to make sure she is comfortable coming home on the plane", and "If we are there (Guatemala) for 4-5 days, she will need clothes for those day." It was so cute... I just love to see the love in Grandma's eyes already. We guessed at what size to get here. I figure that when I get her, she should be between 4-6 months old, so Grandma got 6-9 months... it is easier to grow into than being to small!
Angel is going to be one "WELL LOVED" child, (we don't use the word spoiled in our family).
Grandma and I went shopping yesterday, and picked out some yarn. Grandma is making a blanket for Angel.
